We have been providing personal coaching to fitness, cycling, triathlon and ironman clients for over 30years with some truly amazing results. Our approach is to provide structure with assessments and plans giving the underlying support to coach you during the individual sessions which will focus on improving your technique, strength, endurance, speed and knowledge.

We use our background in sports science coaching and real life racing experience to mentor you with fun and motivating training sessions, whether it be in the gym or out on the road. This is all backed up by a fantastic network of sports professionals to ensure you reach your goals.

Metabolic & FTP testing

Multisport Assessments

We offer a wide range of physiological testing and biomechanical assessments. Training zones can be set from performing heart rate, power and pace field tests or we can go one step further with full metabolic testing which will identify vo2 max, anaerobic threshold and optimal fat burning heart rates. These physiological tests are designed to help you benchmark and improve your fitness.

Our biomechanical assessments are designed to improve efficiency and technique, whilst also helping towards preventing or treating injuries. Our cycling assessments information can be found on our bike fitting page. We also offer full running and swimming video analysis.

We provide fully bespoke training plans tailored to fit into your weekly schedule which we write after a comprehensive athlete interview. Our training plans are specifically designed to your ability level, event and needs. Professionally structured workouts and nutrition delivered to you online or in PDF format. To help you get started and motivated with your training we will be sharing FREE workouts with you alongside our awesome exercise database via our website and social media. We have also written a number of training plans covering all the main triathlon and cycling event distances.
