The TEAM MEMBERSHIP #2 is for all level cyclists, triathletes and runners who are looking to join an awesome online club training with fellow team mates on Zwift and receive a bespoke personalized training plan based around your event goals, fitness level and time restrictions.

Coach Pat Leahy will set up your Training Peaks account where he can build your ATP (Annual Training Plan) based around your goals and events.  This fully bespoke training plan is tailored to fit into your weekly schedule which we write after a comprehensive athlete interview and we provide coach contact each month to map out the next 4 weeks training. We provide direct training support and include 2 edits pcm to your plan if things need to change. Every workout is individualised by working to your own personal heart rate, power and pace training zones and we can include zwift team classes into your plan on days where you’d like to train with the team. Regular fitness tests within the training plan help benchmark your improvements and keep your training zones up to date.

You will be billed monthly and can cancel your subscription at any time.

This membership gives you access to:

1. Unlimited Zwift Classes (Usually a 60min & a 90min class every day with some longer actual route rides or events).

2. Bespoke Training Plan based on your ability level and athlete type (eg Endurance Cyclist, Half Ironman Triathlete, Marathon Runner etc). Your daily cycling workouts will be synced to Zwift so you can ride them as a workout during the class as an alternative to riding the class in route mode where you change your gears. Each detailed workout in your plan is set to your personal training zones.

3. Coach contact to discuss goals and set up training zones. Monthly contact to plan and review your training.

4. Online individual ‘Athlete’ Support via WA group, Email & calls. You will also get 2 plan edits pcm if things need to change.

5. Access to Workouts and Resources for members only.

7. Weekly Coach-Led Outdoor Ride (+ forum led sessions)
