All profits from our courses will be split between One More City and The Fireflies Tour who are both doing a fantastic job in raising money towards blood and breast cancer treatment.
Description
Our classes focus on building power and endurance over an 8wk block using the Stages Flight software which displays your individual bike power-meter as a percentage of your FTP (Functional Threshold Power)on the big screen as you ride to make sure you are working in the right zones.
An 8wk course would include 8 x 60-75minute classes. Riders will be benchmarked at the beginning and end with a power test to see how their FTP has improved. Guaranteed improvements in Endurance, Threshold, VO2 Max and Anaerobic Capacity. This PAYG class allows you to come to ANY 1 class during any 8wk course period.
We will also be running some fun individual and group leaderboards for course members. This will include top individual male and female for highest raw power, highest power to weight and most improved FTP score. There will also be a “Club” highest power to weight leaderboard taking overall average score of all riders as a team.

CLASSES FAQ’s & FULL INFORMATION
Once you’re happy you’re ready to join then click on the paypal payment button to secure your place on this course, then follow the sign up procedures to set up your Stages Flight profile and start booking your bike. If you like a particular bike or area in the studio (eg front row or further back) you can choose exactly which bike you’d like. We recommend then booking that bike for the subsequent weeks you’ll be attending.
***CARRYING CREDITS & REFUNDS***
Please note we need a minimum amount of 16 class participants to cover costs to hire the studio. In the event the numbers are lower than this then we may ask you to join a different evening or offer a full refund.
Please be realistic in how many classes you can attend and choose from either the normal 8wks (8 pack) or 4, 6 or 16 pack options. With any of the 4, 6 or 8 pack options you can come to a different night if you miss your chosen night (i.e. you’ve opted for Tuesdays, you can come to Thursday). The 16 wk block is for riders who wish to train 2 x per week (both Tuesday & Thursday) at a reduced cost per class.
If you’ve chosen a 4, 6 or 8 pack and wish to attend extra classes you can PAYG per class to top up. Here are the class pack options price breakdown per class:
16 pack = £160 = £10 per class
8 pack = £100 = £12.50 per class
6 pack = £84 = £14 per class
4 pack = £64 = £16 per class
PAYG (1 class) = £17.50 per class
Again please be realistic in choosing how many classes you can attend as we can not offer refunds or carrying credits unless in extreme circumstances such as you miss an entire course due to injury or illness. In some circumstances we will carry over 50% of the credits if you miss more than 50% of the course.
